1st Christmas and New Year

The holiday season caused a slight delay in our posts, but hopefully this will catch everyone up to speed on Baker's growth and development.....

Christmas Eve began the festivities as Uncle Matt, Aunt Julia and Cousin Benjamin were in town briefly before heading to Nashville.

I had to share this progression of photos from Christmas Eve morning.  Daddy and Baker were laughing it up after breakfast. Little man was in his "My First Christmas" outfit.

If Grandpa Byron is around after a meal, he has a magic touch for burping Baker.  He looks so small on Bill's chest!

 As long as Julia was not holding Baker, Benjamin was very loving and helpful with his cousin.  He helped unbuckle him from his car seat and with diaper changes.

What a cute cousin! But the cutest is yet to come....Julia was holding Baker again, and instead of getting upset, Benjamin sat with them in a chair and posed for pictures! I took a bunch of pictures, but how can you not when those Byron Boys are so dang cute!

 He kept leaning in to give Baker kisses...heart melting!

After Christmas Eve in Chattanooga, we headed to Jefferson County for Christmas day...

Even though it was a few days after Christmas day, Baker dressed up like Santa for the Byron Family gift exchange....

Baker Claus did such a great job giving gifts! 

He spent a little time with Uncle Matthew before laughing it up with Mama...

Baker will be 2 months old this week and with that milestone comes his first shots.  Let's hope he can take a needle better than his mother! Thank you to all of our friends and family that have bought him gifts, helped with diaper changes, feedings, etc.  You are all amazing and we love you!
